Penthouse Apartment Perla with Jacuzzi

I didn’t expect the space to feel this “alive” — the living room and terrace basically function as one large area, and we spent most of the day just moving between the sofa and the jacuzzi. In the evening, the rooftop is definitely the highlight, especially when it gets dark and everything becomes quiet. The apartment was spotless, you notice that immediately. The only thing that slightly bothered us was that the air conditioning doesn’t cool the upper part of the space evenly, so during the hottest part of the day the terrace actually felt like the better place to stay than indoors. But honestly, we just ended up avoiding being inside at all during peak heat.

Check-in was simple, but what surprised me was how the location feels slightly “on the edge of the centre” — everything is close, but you don’t have crowds right under the windows. In the evenings we usually walked down to Gaj beach and took taxis back from Zrće without any issues. The rooftop jacuzzi is obviously the main reason to book this place, and you end up using it more than you think you will. One thing worth mentioning is that the terrace doesn’t really have natural shade, so we had to plan parts of the day around the sun. Not a major downside, but you do notice it if you stay up there for long periods.

Great penthouse with sea view

Very well-equipped penthouse with an outstanding location, sea view and right near the beach. Everything was clean and you feel welcome. With the many bathrooms ideal for groups as well, but as a family of course also great. We will probably come back again!
