La lussuosa Villa Caska Perla si trova sull'isola di Pag, nella località di Caska, vicino a Novalja. La villa è situata nelle vicinanze di due famose spiagge, a soli 100 m dalla spiaggia di Caska e a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Zrće. La costruzione e l'arredamento sono stati completati quest'anno secondo il design firmato dal noto designer e artista Martin Pohl. La villa si trova in una posizione tranquilla e a soli 100 m dal mare.

La villa ha una superficie di 308 metri quadrati e dispone di quattro camere da letto con bagno privato, due soggiorni, una sauna, una palestra e un'area ricreativa. Al piano terra si trova una camera con ingresso indipendente che, se necessario, può essere utilizzata per ospitare personale di servizio, uno chef privato o una babysitter. Le camere da letto situate al piano superiore dispongono di accesso a una terrazza con vista sul mare e di bagno privato. Al piano terra si trovano un soggiorno e una cucina con vista sul mare, sul giardino e sulla piscina. Tutti gli ambienti sono progettati, arredati e completamente attrezzati con grande cura e lusso. Oltre al design di alto livello e al comfort, gli ospiti hanno a disposizione elettrodomestici Bosch e Miele, una macchina da caffè Nespresso, una cantinetta per vini, ecc. Tutti gli ambienti interni sono climatizzati.

La villa dispone di uno spazio esterno di 500 metri quadrati ed è dotata di una piscina esterna riscaldata di 18 m², lettini prendisole, ombrelloni, area relax, zona pranzo all'aperto e barbecue. L'intera proprietà è coperta da Wi-Fi e connessione internet ad alta velocità. La villa offre inoltre parcheggio coperto e una stazione di ricarica per veicoli elettrici.

La villa può ospitare un massimo di 10 persone.

We stayed at Villa Caska Perla for a summer week with a group of friends mainly because of its proximity to Zrće Beach. The location really is a big plus – it’s about a 10–15 minute walk to the beach, and getting taxis to Novalja was easy. The pool area was probably our favorite part; it was clean, spacious, and a good place to relax during the day. The rooms were decent, nothing luxury but functional for what we needed. One downside was that the complex can get quite noisy at night, especially when other guests return from parties, and the sound isolation isn’t great. Still, for a festival-style holiday, it worked well.

My friends and I stayed at Villa Caska Perla during our summer trip and it turned out to be a great base for exploring both Zrće and Novalja. The location is honestly one of its strongest points – you can quickly reach the beach, but still return to a quieter area to relax by the pool. The atmosphere around the property was friendly and relaxed, and we enjoyed spending time outside in the shared areas. The apartment itself was clean, functional, and matched what we expected for a coastal stay. We would definitely consider coming back, especially for another summer trip with a similar group.

We booked Villa Caska Perla as a couple looking for a mix of relaxation and easy access to the beach, and it suited us very well. The surroundings are peaceful, with nice views and a laid-back vibe that made it easy to unwind. We spent most mornings by the pool before heading out to explore different beaches on the island. The apartment was tidy and comfortable, with a nice terrace where we often had dinner in the evenings. Everything felt straightforward and stress-free, which is exactly what we wanted from this trip.

We came as a family with two teenagers. The apartment layout worked fine for us, and the kids enjoyed the pool every day. The staff were generally friendly and helped us arrange transport when needed. However, we did experience a few inconveniences: the Wi-Fi was unstable during peak hours, and hot water wasn’t always consistent in the evenings when everyone was back from the beach. It wasn’t a disaster, but for the price we expected a bit more reliability. The location near Zrće is great if you want both beach and nightlife, but not ideal if you’re looking for complete relaxation.
