The villa is 14 km from Novalja, yet only 100 m from beautiful beaches, excellent local restaurants, and shops. A jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy the sunset. In addition, the villa features a fireplace, a small children’s playground, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue, ideal for enjoying traditional Croatian dishes with family and/or friends.

Guests can enjoy table tennis, foosball, mini soccer goals, and a SUP board, while indoors you can use the PS4 or have fun with karaoke. The living area, totaling 330 m², is fully equipped for all your needs. Area description

Jakišnica is a picturesque coastal village on the western coast of the island of Pag in Croatia, known for its beautiful sandy beach, clear Adriatic Sea, and numerous secluded pebble coves ideal for relaxation and privacy. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and a traditional fishing atmosphere, it offers several restaurants and local amenities, while being only about 12 km from the larger tourist town of Novalja.

We stayed here as two couples with kids and the villa worked surprisingly well for both adults and children. During the day everyone naturally gathered around the pool, but in the evenings the rooftop jacuzzi became the place nobody wanted to leave. Watching the sunset from up there with a drink honestly ended up being one of our favourite memories of the trip. The house feels very spacious and the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom made a bigger difference than expected. The only thing to note is that this part of Pag is quiet and more relaxed, so if you want nightlife every evening, you’ll be driving.

This villa feels designed for actually spending time there, not just sleeping between beach trips. We used almost everything — sauna, BBQ, table football, even karaoke one night. The outdoor area is probably even better in real life than in the photos. The heated saltwater pool was great because the weather wasn’t perfect every day. One small downside: because there are so many amenities and outdoor areas, there’s a bit of moving between levels (pool, rooftop, bedrooms), which wasn’t an issue for us but could be if someone prefers everything on one floor. Overall, one of the better villa stays we’ve had. Review 3
