This place genuinely feels like a private luxury villa rather than an apartment. The highlight for us was the heated private pool right on the terrace – we used it every single day, even in the evening after walking back from Lokunje Beach which is only a few minutes away. The design of the apartment is very high-end, with huge glass doors opening the whole living space to the pool area. It honestly feels like indoor-outdoor living all the time. The only minor downside is that you hear a bit of street activity during peak hours, but once you're inside the terrace area it feels completely private and calm.

We’ve stayed in many places in Novalja, but this one is on another level. Everything is brand new, very clean, and designed with a lot of attention to detail. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made it perfect for a group of friends – no waiting, no compromise. The kitchen is also fully equipped like a proper modern home, not just a basic holiday setup. Walking to the beach (Lokunje) takes around 5 minutes and you’re also close to the Novalja promenade with restaurants. The only small issue was that parking can feel slightly tight when all apartments nearby are full, but it’s still manageable.

What impressed us most was how private and peaceful the whole terrace area feels despite being so close to the center of Novalja. The pool is heated and perfectly clean, and the lighting in the evening makes the whole space feel like a boutique hotel. We loved having breakfast outside every morning and then walking straight down to the beach without needing the car. The interior is spacious, bright, and very comfortable. If anything, we would have liked a bit more shade around the pool during midday, as it gets quite sunny, but that’s also what makes it so nice in the evening.

This apartment is exactly what you imagine when you think of modern luxury in Novalja. The living space opens directly onto the pool terrace, so everything feels connected and open. At night, the lighting around the pool and terrace makes it feel almost like a private resort. It’s also very practical – supermarkets, beach, and restaurants are all within walking distance, so we barely used the car. One small remark is that Wi-Fi was occasionally slower on the terrace, but inside the apartment it worked perfectly. Overall, a top-tier stay and easily one of the nicest properties in the area.

From the moment we arrived, Nova Luxury Residence felt more like a private luxury villa than an apartment. We spent most of our time outside on the terrace – swimming in the morning, relaxing in the sun during the day, and enjoying the ambient lighting at night which completely transforms the space into something very exclusive and almost resort-like. The location is also perfect – just a short walk to Lokunje Beach and the Novalja promenade, so everything is close yet the apartment still feels surprisingly private and quiet once you’re inside the terrace area. Every detail inside is high-end: comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms in every bedroom, and a kitchen that feels like a modern home, not a rental. It’s rare to find a place that combines this level of design, comfort, and location so well. Honestly, it exceeded expectations in every possible way and made our entire stay in Novalja feel like a true luxury experience
