New and unique Villa in Novalja that was designed to fulfill all your needs. Villa Laverna offers a heated swimming pool with a waterfall and a spacious sun deck. Sea and the local beach are only 40 m away while the center of Novalja is a few minute's walks.
All apartments are luxuriously equipped and all have a sea view. Open space living area with kitchen, dining area, and living room that has a direct exit to the terrace.
Bedrooms are equipped with TV, own air conditioning and all apartments have 2 bathrooms, some additional toilet.
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, bed linen, towels and bathroom cosmetics are available on site.

We stayed here as a couple for a few nights and overall really enjoyed it. The location worked well for us — quiet enough to relax but still easy to get to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was clean and modern, and having access to the pool made a bigger difference than we expected. If I had one small criticism, it’s that the place feels a little more compact in person than in the photos, especially the outdoor area. Not a problem for us, but worth knowing if you expect lots of space to hang out all day. Overall, comfortable and good value for a short stay.

We had a really nice stay overall. The location was probably the biggest advantage — close enough to walk to the beach and into town, but still peaceful in the evenings. The place looked exactly like the photos and was spotless when we arrived. The pool area was also very well maintained and never felt crowded during our stay. If I had one small criticism, it’s simply that the annex is compact and works best if you plan to spend most of your time outside rather than inside the room. For a short couple’s holiday though, it was ideal and we’d happily come back.
