I really liked that the room was clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, there were shutters on the windows and the balcony door, as well as mosquito screens, which was very convenient. The shower was excellent, and the black toilet was a pleasant surprise. Everything was new and in excellent condition. The common areas were very clean and smelled wonderful. I didn’t like that a deposit of €200 was required, although it is mentioned on Booking, so I wouldn’t call it a problem.

The structure was practically new, the room was larger than usual and was equipped with all comforts. Large, new and clean bathroom, gorgeous balcony with sea view! But the difference of this structure is made by Jasmin and Merima who are part of the staff of the structure, they took great care of the cleaning of the room, and not only that, in fact the two of them did a bit of everything to ensure that nothing was missing from the structure, truly two special people!

New building, new equipment. Good smell, safe, large parking lot. Essentially a hotel room style apartment, just a little more spacious.

The apartment smelled new, was clean and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to the center (10 min walk). Beautiful view of the sea.
