Villa Nika

We booked this villa because we wanted privacy more than nightlife and it ended up being exactly that. The location feels removed enough that mornings are quiet and evenings are just the sound of wind and the sea. The pool area became our default place to spend the day and we barely left the house except for groceries and dinner once or twice. Inside, the villa felt spacious and practical for a bigger group — enough bathrooms, enough places to sit without everyone ending up in one room. The only thing to know is that you definitely get more out of this place if you have a car.

This was one of those villas where the photos don’t disappoint. The outdoor space feels bigger in real life and we spent every evening on the terrace. The kitchen was properly equipped for cooking instead of the usual holiday-rental basics, which we appreciated because we ended up eating in more than expected. The bedrooms were comfortable and the whole house felt clean and maintained. If I had to mention one downside, it’s that because of the quiet location you need to plan shopping trips a bit instead of spontaneously walking somewhere.

Stayed here with friends and the villa gave us exactly the kind of holiday we wanted — slow mornings, pool during the day, dinner outside, repeat. The sea view is probably the feature we talked about most afterwards. There’s enough space that people can disappear for an hour and read or nap without feeling like you’re all constantly together. It’s not a flashy ultra-luxury place with endless amenities, but it feels comfortable, private, and easy to settle into for a week. We were more than pleased with our stay!

The location met exactly what we expected from it. Complete privacy.

New modern accommodation, with complete equipment. Large terrace with pool. All functional. The request for a missing BBQ grill upon arrival was met.
