Holiday Home Tina nalazi se na ograđenoj parceli u masliniku i nudi četiri spavaće sobe, tri kupaonice, dnevni boravak i privatni bazen sa sunčalištem. To je vrlo dobra opcija za goste koji žele provoditi više vremena unutar samog objekta.

Plaža je udaljena oko 600 m, a restoran oko 1,3 km. Ovaj objekt najbolje odgovara gostima kojima su mir i privatni vanjski prostor važniji od strogo centralne lokacije.

Ako tražite privatnost, više prostora i opušten grupni boravak, Tina je vrlo dobar izbor.

Perfect location, a beautiful house, lovely garden, and excellent customer service. The Ventus accommodation team was extremely helpful and available 24/7, which made everything run smoothly from start to finish. The view was stunning, and the house itself was beautiful. It is located just a few kilometers from Novalja, which can be reached in about 10 minutes by car or taxi. Everything listed on Booking, such as Wi-Fi, towels, and other amenities, was provided as promised. Although the kitchen was very well equipped, there was no microwave, which could have been useful for preparing breakfast. Dishwashing liquid and a sponge were available, but there was no mop or dustpan and brush. Of course, the host did not expect the floors to be spotless, but having these items would have been convenient for our own comfort, especially if something had accidentally been spilled.

An excellent and peaceful location just outside Novalja, featuring a large swimming pool, a unique atmosphere, and a well-functioning air conditioning system. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help whenever needed. There were a few minor issues with the refrigerator and bathroom, but these can be easily fixed and did not affect our holiday experience in any way.

The perfect graduation trip for a bachelor’s celebration in the perfectly suited House Tina. Everything was excellent. The house was clean, and we were even welcomed with complimentary drinks upon arrival. Communication with the agency via WhatsApp was quick and effortless. We felt completely at home throughout our stay. The location was great, close to the sea and featuring a private swimming pool. Zrće Beach could be reached by taxi in just 10 minutes. There was absolutely nothing to complain about—everything was perfect.

We stayed at Holiday Home Tina for a week with a group of friends and had an amazing time. The private pool was definitely the highlight – it was clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The house is surrounded by olive trees, which gives it a peaceful and private atmosphere that is hard to find near Novalja. We also loved having barbecue dinners on the terrace in the evenings. The beach in Potočnica is only a short drive away and the sea there is beautiful. I would happily recommend this villa to anyone looking for a quiet getaway on Pag Island.
