We stayed here as a group of friends and the first impression was that the place actually looks better in real life than in photos, especially the pool area and the way the whole house opens towards the terrace. The location is very convenient — we could walk to Novalja center and also reach the beach without needing to drive all the time, which made a big difference in the evenings. The apartment itself is extremely clean and modern, and everything felt well maintained. The pool was definitely the main spot where we spent most of our time. The only small downside was that the sun loungers around the pool are comfortable but not very “luxury level” for long lounging days, so we sometimes just used towels instead. Overall, really impressive stay and very easy to enjoy.

We stayed here for a festival week and the location was ideal — close enough to Zrće Beach by taxi, but far enough that we could actually sleep properly at night. The terrace and pool area are the strongest part of the property, especially in the evening when everything is lit up and quiet. The hosts were very responsive and check-in was easy, which we appreciated after a long trip. The only minor issue we had was parking — it’s available, but depending on the timing it can feel a bit tight when multiple guests arrive at once. Otherwise, the stay was smooth, modern, and exactly what we needed for that kind of trip.

Modern, nice, large and very well-equipped apartment. Equipped with everything needed for cooking, washing and ironing. Private bathrooms plus one shared toilet. Cleanliness at a very high level. Large and very clean swimming pool with sun loungers to relax. The service is very nice and always on-site, any problems are dealt with on an ongoing basis. The location is very good, quiet and peaceful, 5 minutes walk to the center and 2 minutes to the sea. I highly recommend!

Excellent holiday.
Recently built facility, furniture practically new, very well lit. Very welcoming both inside and outside, with a large terrace available. Excellent cleaning of the premises and outdoor spaces. The presence of internal parking is essential. 10 minutes walk from the center, in a quiet location. Excellent swimming pool and solarium facilities available.
