We booked this villa mainly for space and privacy and it delivered on both. The pool area is slightly elevated compared to the street, which gives a bit more separation from neighbouring houses than we expected. We spent most evenings outside, and the BBQ area became the place where everyone naturally gathered. Inside, everything is clean and modern but not overly “luxury styled” — it feels more like a well-built holiday home than a design villa. One minor downside for us was that there isn’t much shade around the pool during peak hours, so in very hot weather you end up moving between sun and terrace quite a lot. Still, overall a very comfortable base for a group stay.

We stayed here as a couple and it was one of those places where you quickly settle into a routine without needing to leave much. In the mornings we’d have coffee on the terrace while looking out over the sea, and later the pool became the main spot for most of the day — it’s right in front of the house, so you naturally move between the water and the shaded part of the terrace depending on the sun. Inside, the house is very clean and practical, nothing overly styled but everything works as it should. What I liked most was the privacy — even though there are other villas around, it still feels quiet and separated enough that you’re not aware of neighbours. We also used the BBQ once in the evening and it felt easy, like the space is actually designed for that kind of stay rather than just looking good in photos.
