Neue und einzigartige Villa in Novalja, die so gestaltet wurde, dass sie all Ihre Bedürfnisse erfüllt. Die Villa Laverna bietet einen beheizten Swimmingpool mit Wasserfall und eine großzügige Sonnenterrasse. Das Meer und der lokale Strand sind nur 40 m entfernt, während das Zentrum von Novalja nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt ist.

Alle Apartments sind luxuriös ausgestattet und bieten einen Meerblick. Der offene Wohnbereich umfasst eine Küche, einen Essbereich und ein Wohnzimmer mit direktem Zugang zur Terrasse. Die Schlafzimmer sind mit TV, eigener Klimaanlage ausgestattet, und alle Apartments verfügen über 2 Badezimmer, einige auch über ein zusätzliches WC.

Um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten, sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Badezimmerkosmetik vor Ort verfügbar. Private Parkplätze sind im Preis inbegriffen.

We stayed here as a couple for a few nights and overall really enjoyed it. The location worked well for us — quiet enough to relax but still easy to get to the beach and restaurants. The apartment was clean and modern, and having access to the pool made a bigger difference than we expected. If I had one small criticism, it’s that the place feels a little more compact in person than in the photos, especially the outdoor area. Not a problem for us, but worth knowing if you expect lots of space to hang out all day. Overall, comfortable and good value for a short stay.

We had a really nice stay overall. The location was probably the biggest advantage — close enough to walk to the beach and into town, but still peaceful in the evenings. The place looked exactly like the photos and was spotless when we arrived. The pool area was also very well maintained and never felt crowded during our stay. If I had one small criticism, it’s simply that the annex is compact and works best if you plan to spend most of your time outside rather than inside the room. For a short couple’s holiday though, it was ideal and we’d happily come back.
