Villas Royal II with Private Pool

Really nice villa with a view.

Great outdoor area and pool. The sunset view was amazing, the kitchen was well equipped, and the welcome gifts were a nice touch.

The staff were very friendly, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the pool was cleaned every day. It was peaceful and we were not disturbed.

Beautiful and quiet area, with shops a short drive away.

Ventus Travel & this stay went above and beyond during our stay. 9 of us came for the local Sonus Festival and Ventus could not have been more accommodating, our stay was incredible, service brilliant & checkout smooth and fair. The only con is a fairly large cash deposit which must be left, although they offer you to leave this in your local currency which is a nice touch so you’re not stuck with a huge amount of foreign currency at the end of your stay. A pre-authorisation on a card would be a welcome addition but that is a tiny niggle. Pros: - The villa is immaculate. Aside from tiny things like the odd wobbly drawer the place is brand new, with lovely floor tiles, new fixtures and fittings, comfortable beds and bedding, smart tv, good quiet air conditioners for each room, plenty of plugs, fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils you could need. No microwave is a small shame but we never needed it. Patio doors are all new and open very wide plus in the livingroom there’s blackout blinds for whoever has the sofa bed. - Exterior of the villa is amazing with such an incredible view, a really good clean swimming pool and plenty of outdoor seating for everyone. There is also an outdoor shower which is very convenient. - Customer service was excellent. During our stay a sunbed broke and a patio door came off the rails. Both issues were fixed the same day with no issues. At checkout full deposit was returned with no issues. Well done Ventus. We’ll be back!

We had a good experience during the stay and the staff were helpful. The big disappointment was the non-functioning internet. They had a 5g/4g router that had no signal. They had excuses like it's far out on the island. If they know it's far out on the island, they know it doesn't work and then you can't market a solution.

Very nice and spacious villa.

They accepted an early check-in at 10:00 and also a very early check-out at 5:00. The area is served well by taxis.

über die Unterkunft kann Mann wirklich nichts sagen war richtig gut und wirklich Empfehlens wert. wir haben 2 Punkte nur zu bemängeln gehabt 1.Liege Stühle waren nicht mehr die neuesten bei dem einen konnten Mann sich nicht hinlegen Stoff kaputt ist ,bei denn anderen beiden paaren waren die Klemmungen nicht stabile wir haben sofort nach 30 min Ankunft das bemängelt haben auch erst mal eine Nachricht bekommen, nach 3 Tagen kam dann jemand vorbei die haben uns ein liege Stuhl ausgetauscht von 4 stück was getauscht werden musste eigtl 2.was für uns Garnichts aber auch wirklich nicht akzeptabel war das Kameras eingebaut wurden und die Veranstalter gesagt haben der Hausherr wollte es zur seine Sicherheit haben was uns Gar nicht aber auch wirklich gar nicht gefallen hat und die Kamera hat uns tag täglich kontrolliert das licht ging öfters mal an und aus Privatsphäre null. ansonsten war alles top haus wunderschön bisschen aus halb abgelegen in einer ruhigen Lage zum entspannen einfach nur top außer die Kamera :)
