We stayed as a group of 9 (two families and friends), and this was one of the few places where we never felt crowded. Each bedroom offered enough privacy, so there was none of that morning bathroom queue situation. We spent most of our time outside – the pool, sun loungers, and outdoor kitchen became the center of the holiday. The view in the evenings was beautiful and the area felt much calmer compared to staying in Novalja itself. The only thing to keep in mind is that if you expect to walk everywhere, this isn’t that kind of location. Having a car made things much easier. Overall, a great place for relaxing and spending time together.

The villa looked almost exactly like the photos, which is always my biggest concern when booking. Cleanliness was excellent and the kitchen was properly equipped for a larger group. The sauna turned out to be a great extra because we had a few windy days and didn’t spend all our time outside. One small downside – the heated pool wasn’t as warm as we expected (more pleasantly heated than actually warm), and one of the downstairs bedrooms felt slightly less premium than the others. Still, the overall experience was very good and I would book again.

Top luxury villa! We even got 2 bottles of good wine as welcome gift at our arrival ! Pool and sauna great ! Pool is heated. Plenty of space for our group of 12. Each couple having own bathroom is great !
