Studios & Rooms Fiesta

Location was great, just 5 mins up from the beach and services. Nice big bed and wardrobe space. No problem with returning deposit if you maintain the room, hotel like vibe. Staff available by phone/WhatsApp.

We stayed at Studios & Rooms Fiesta for four nights and were pleasantly surprised by the location. Everything was within walking distance, including the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and the bus stop for Zrće Beach. The room was simple but clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly during the hot summer days. We hardly used our car because everything we needed was nearby. For the price we paid, it was excellent value. I would definitely stay here again for a summer trip to Novalja.

It was well mantained and clean, but we had loads of problems with WiFi during our whole stay, which was very iritating. The host was helpful with this. It's not luxurious accommodation, but for this price it is worth it's value.

This place was exactly what we needed for a short holiday with friends. The location in the center of Novalja made it easy to go out in the evening and return without worrying about transportation. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a small fridge and reliable Wi-Fi. We especially liked being able to walk to Lokunje Beach in just a few minutes. The staff was responsive and check-in was straightforward. Overall, it was a convenient and affordable base for exploring Pag Island.

Studios & Rooms Fiesta is not a luxury property, but it delivers what it promises. The room was spacious enough for two people, clean on arrival, and well located near shops and cafés. We spent most of our days at the beach and appreciated being able to return quickly whenever we needed a break. The area felt lively but still safe and comfortable. Having free parking was also a nice bonus. For travelers who prioritize location over luxury, this is a very solid choice.
