Great view, great swimming pool, everything smells new, perfect for party people, I don't recommend it to families

The facility has a beautiful view, but is located right on the main street in Novalia. Right next to the bus stop that takes young people to and from ZRCE. Good for teenagers, hopeless for families. Screaming and movement until 3am. It is impossible to sleep with the windows open. There is a badly located manhole in the street, so every car makes noise. There are a few flaws in the apartment itself: the bathroom door closes incorrectly, Wi-Fi breaks, some kitchen equipment is missing (cutting board, blunt knives, no ice cube tray, too few cutlery to replace at the dishwasher - there should be 2 sets

Apartment was new and clean, big terrasse with the sea view. We enjoyed the pool, majority of time by ourselves. Many great beaches in the island (reachable by car). City center in walking distance (+-15 mins). As we were there after festival season, no issues with noisy people.
I missed the washing machine and sun shade shelter awning.

We had everything we needed. Communication and agreement with the Ventus agency without problems. We were informed about everything. Satisfaction for us. The pool at the apartments is nice.
