Imperial Apartment with Private Pool

We stayed here as a family of four and the apartment worked really well for us. The size is actually more spacious than we expected, especially the living area which connects nicely to the outdoor terrace and pool. Having a private pool in this price range made a big difference, especially for the kids — we used it every day instead of going to the beach. The location in Stanići is quiet and feels residential, which we liked, but it does mean you are not just stepping out into cafés or restaurants. Novalja centre is close, but we ended up driving most places, especially in the evenings. The walk to Lokunje beach is possible, but in the heat it feels longer than it looks on the map. Overall though, very clean, practical and easy to stay in.

We booked the Imperial Apartment mainly for the private pool and proximity to Novalja, and it delivered on both. The outdoor area is definitely the highlight — it’s small but very usable, and because it’s private we spent most mornings and late afternoons there. The apartment itself is modern and well maintained, with air conditioning that works well, which was important in peak summer. One thing we didn’t fully expect was that the surroundings are quite dense residentially — you’re in a neighbourhood rather than a secluded villa setting, so you do hear people occasionally and it doesn’t feel completely “isolated luxury”. Parking was fine for us, but the street access can feel a bit tight depending on how many cars are around. Still, for a base near Novalja with a pool, it’s a solid and comfortable choice.

The apartment is in a good location. A short walk from the center and very close to the main street leading out of town. And yet in a quiet location. We were very satisfied with the accommodation and can recommend it to more demanding clients with a calm heart.
