We stayed at Apartments Adela III with another couple and the layout worked perfectly for us. Having two separate bathrooms made the stay much more comfortable than in most apartments we've rented before. The beach in Gajac was only a short walk away, which meant we could leave the car parked most of the time. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace before heading out for the day. The apartment was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. It felt like a home rather than a typical holiday rental.

The location of Apartments Adela III was exactly what we were looking for. Gajac is much calmer than the center of Novalja, but still close enough to reach restaurants, beaches, and Zrće within minutes. The apartment was modern, well maintained, and surprisingly spacious for our family of five. We appreciated the air conditioning during the hottest days and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. The nearby bakery became part of our morning routine. Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

There were many things we liked about Apartments Adela III, especially the size of the apartment and the proximity to the beach. However, Gajac can become quite lively during peak summer weeks, and we occasionally heard noise from people returning late at night. The apartment itself was clean and functional, but some furniture showed signs of regular use. Nothing was broken, but it didn't feel as new as the photos suggested. On the positive side, check-in was easy and the hosts were responsive whenever we contacted them. Despite the minor issues, we still had a pleasant holiday.

The apartment offers excellent value for money and the two-bedroom, two-bathroom setup was ideal for our group. We loved being able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes and having private parking available at all times. That said, if you're looking for complete peace and quiet, this may not be the perfect location during the busiest part of the season. We also found that a few basic supplies in the kitchen could have been more plentiful for longer stays. The apartment itself was comfortable and very practical, but there is room for a few small improvements. Even so, we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning in the future.
