We had a fantastic stay at Apartment Kolak in Bregi. The highlight for us was definitely the jacuzzi on the terrace with an amazing panoramic view over the Kvarner Bay. We spent every evening there watching the sunset. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and very clean. The only small downside is that the road up to Bregi is quite steep, but the view makes it worth it.

The location is perfect if you want peace above Opatija while still being close to the coast. It took us about 5–10 minutes by car to reach the beaches in Matulji/Opatija area. The apartment is well equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, including a full kitchen and two bathrooms. The Wi-Fi was stable, although slightly weaker on the terrace.

Apartment Kolak is ideal for a relaxing getaway. We especially enjoyed the two terraces – one for morning coffee and the other with the jacuzzi for evenings. Parking right next to the apartment was very convenient. The only minor issue was that one of the bedrooms is a bit smaller than expected, but still comfortable.

We stayed as a family of four and had a great experience. The apartment is modern, bright, and very well maintained. Bregi is quiet and green, which gives a nice escape from the busier coastal towns below. Driving down to Opatija or Matulji is quick, but the uphill return can be a bit tiring after a long day. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent value for the view and amenities.
