We rented Villa Vistamar for a family gathering and it exceeded our expectations. The heated pool was fantastic, especially in the evenings when everyone wanted to relax after spending the day exploring Novalja and the nearby beaches. The villa is spacious, well laid out, and having separate apartment-style units gave everyone a bit of privacy while still being together. My wife particularly loved the outdoor terrace area where we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The property was clean, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely come back with family again

We stayed here with a group of friends and had a great time. The heated pool and sun loungers quickly became our favorite spot, and the location was convenient for reaching both the center of Novalja and nearby beaches. The villa was well equipped, with comfortable rooms and enough space for everyone. If I had to mention one small drawback, it would be that the villa is divided into several apartment units, which wasn't immediately obvious from the photos, so it feels a little different from a traditional large villa. That said, it actually worked out well for our group and gave us more privacy. Overall, a fantastic place for larger groups looking for a relaxing stay.

Very clean and modern house, divided in 4 apartments and well maintained. The travel agency sends cleaning people everyday to take away the trash and clean the pool area, which was a very positive surprise.
Only one thing: There are no tables to use for dining outside, would be a nice addition for a large group.
