Brand new structure, it’s three twin condominium buildings, and we were in the last one with the pool. The apartment we were given was on the ground floor, which was perfect for us because we have a small child and it was convenient with the stroller since there’s no elevator—something to keep in mind if you want to stay here with kids. The apartment is very bright with large windows throughout the living area, and in our case, we had the pool right in front of us. The furniture is really tasteful, the bed is comfortable, and there’s a window that opens to a private porch with armchairs, plus the living area had a very large porch with a table for outdoor dining as well. Oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and air conditioning—really nice! About a 15-minute walk from the center of Novalja.

All recommendations for Ventus. Everyone was thrilled when we arrived at the apartment. Clean, tidy, well-made. Host Petar is always kind and helpful. We'll definitely come back next year.

The apartment was on the ground floor and therefore right by the pool. Overall, the complex was clean and well-maintained. The pool was cleaned daily. Unfortunately, a pile of construction debris from the neighboring construction site spoiled the view. On the day of departure, someone arrived half an hour before the official key handover and waited until we finally left. Other than that, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable.

The apartment is fully equipped and modern. The pool water is clean; by the way, during our stay, we saw that it was being cleaned. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning is great. Large fridge with a freezer. Location is okay. Plenty of parking spaces. Trash bins are emptied frequently. The first two days were quite noisy due to young people being very loud and making a mess around the pool. Sometimes the wifi was a bit weak.

Ideal for a week away with all the comforts. Top apartment, everything new. Each room had air conditioning and could always be on. New kitchen with all amenities. Beautiful pool. Parking can be a bit tight when it's busy.
