Break penthouse apartment

Our group of seven stayed at Break Penthouse Apartment for five nights and it was honestly one of the best places we've rented in Novalja. The apartment felt very spacious, and having three bathrooms made a huge difference when everyone was getting ready to go out. We spent most mornings on the large terrace enjoying coffee before heading to the beach. The location was excellent because we could easily walk to restaurants, shops, and the center without constantly using the car. Everything looked new and well maintained. I would definitely book this place again for a group trip.

What impressed us most about Break Penthouse was how comfortable it felt even with a larger group. Each bedroom had enough privacy, and the balconies gave everyone their own little space to relax. The pool area was never overcrowded during our stay and was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon. We also appreciated how close the apartment was to Lokunje Beach and the waterfront. The communication before arrival was smooth and professional. Overall, it offered much more than we expected for a holiday apartment in Novalja.

Break Penthouse Apartment has many positives, especially the spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms, and convenient location near the center of Novalja. The apartment itself was clean and exactly as described in the photos. However, one thing we didn't realize beforehand was that the pool is shared with other guests, so it wasn't always as private as we expected. During a couple of afternoons it became quite busy, which made it harder to find a quiet spot to relax. We also noticed some noise from neighboring apartments during peak evening hours. Despite these minor issues, we still enjoyed our stay and felt the apartment offered good value overall.

We stayed here as two families traveling together and the layout worked perfectly for us. The apartment is modern, bright, and very well equipped, especially the kitchen and dining area. In the evenings we loved sitting on the terrace with a view over the neighborhood while the children rested inside. The location gave us easy access to both the beaches and the town center, but the area still felt peaceful at night. Everything was clean upon arrival and the check-in process was straightforward. It was the kind of place that made our vacation stress-free from the beginning.
